These 3 are located: Biglietteria Foro Romano – close to Via Dei Fori Imperiali in Largo della Salara Vecchia 5/6; near the Colosseum (parallel with that long line of people) in Via dei Verbiti (here you can only pay by card), and, the last one is in Via di San Gregorio. Do not forget to ask how long the ticket is valid for. Remember: you can only use the tickets to enter the Colosseum once and the Roman Forum once.

Will I be able to enter multiple times?

You can buy the entrance ticket of the Colosseum online and print it at home and later on you can book a tour of the Underground. If you are booking the tour over the phone then you must inform them that you have already purchased the entrance ticket.
